Very warm. I thought it was lined with a soft felty liner, but it is not. Still a good hat.Like the shape and it is very warm.I didnt realize this hat was so big!! Well it hang way to long in the back of my head so I returned and ordered a smaller hat that fit my head perfectly. This hat is nice if you like big baggy hats.But I tryed it on when I went outside and its very warm nice hat!!!Nice color and nice hat but the actual knit is very loose. Not sure how warm this hat will be.I like the hat, though i thought it was going to be slightly larger with the "beanie" size.I love this hat! It is so soft and is the perfect size. I'm going to buy it in a few more colors!Please with hat but I feel it could be a little bigger.It's a cute hat, but not really a slouch hat.
